I must disagree with you.

There is one thing for certain, Mr. piercy lies very well.The reason he was able to keep this scam operation alive so long was because of lack of communication between dealers. He would never tell anyone where ther were dealers so they never communicated with each other.

If any dealer had a complaint or a problem Darrel standard line was that you are an isolated incident and that no one else is having problems. When I searched the internet and founf others, I was amazed to find out that everyone had identical problems.

Another standard line that he used and I see that Mr. Gordon is using
"you did not market agressivly enough and that is why you failed"

Let me tell you, we marketed heavily on the net and had quite a customer base in a very short time, It was CCI who failed to deliver the music to these poor people, and had the nerve to bill them too. If they ever did get around to sending out the music it was 4-5 months later. Just ask him.

CCi in the past was never in the bussiness of selling CD just in the line of getting investor money for dealerships. It is these dealerships that are theoretically the only assets that CCI does have. They in fact made that customer base of 1.5 mil, but I guarentee that they are only activated music cards, and not active buyers. Hell I have 5500 activated music cards under the name Wax Cylinder Music, but I am not buying CD with them. Why don't I mail a couple of cards to any one who is interested and try to call in an order to CCI and see if Mr. Piercy gets you the music in less than one week.

I dare anyone, its free and on me.
