I agree with you. It has hurt the stock. Especially when the those claims weren't verified or denied one way or the other. But I think if people have all the facts they will come to the preliminary conclusion which I drew.

I do believe George's story. He insists to let himself heard even though he may not have a legal claim against TSIG. I think we need as much facts as foundation for sound reasonings and analysis of the situation, so those people who had doubts about the stock can look at the claims objectively and decide the fundamental question relevant to this board: is TSIG a good investment?

I do sympathize with George. I don't have the all the specifics (dealer agreement etc) to say who's right or who's wrong. But he sure sounded adamant that he won't leave the board. I explained his motive for doing so. He wants rock the boat hard enough so TSIG or DP will face up to him. I don't agree with doing that in this thread, but I do sympathize with him. He probably will not be run offa by our jeers.

The most important thing is that people have a foundation of verified information to base their decisions. Rogu's intention is not to drive the price down (although he's doing that nevertheless). I believe with proper info, people will agree that fundamentally, TSIG is going to take off. The dealers are a legitimate concern but not are mortal-problem.
