Even if I take Ragu's situation at face value it doesnt change the fundamentals of the deal between TSIG and the former CCI. Ask the question, if every party that had a grievance against a corporation expressed it on these boards would it assist people in doing due diligence or simply cloud the true business fundamentals.

IMHO, George and the others x-dealers claims are of little significance to the future value of TSIG. As such, he is an annoyance and someone that is intentionally trying to manipulate the stock in order to get attention. Probably not an SEC violation. However, he constantly brings up guilt by association and has called Piercy every name in the book. At what point do his comments rise the level of slander and defamation? If he were my client Id advise him to keep quiet. He may be ruining any chances of a settlement. Two wrongs dont make a right and in my opinion he is just as guilty at this point.

Raguu, I have forwarded your message offering a free card to TSIG in order to get information on the current state of delivery as I have no idea of whats going on during this interim process of change in ownership of the assets. Once I know this I will certainly e-mail you for a free card. I plan on buying my cd's from TSIG and really appreciate this generous offer.
