Hi QuadK - I think I was looking for a possible explanation for the decline in price. But, after more than two years, I believe that discovering a direct correlation between Novell's price movement and any earthly event is highly unlikely. It's good to see new board members appointed; and it would be even better if old board members were replaced by the new ones. (Just my opinion, of course.) Regards, Elmo
