Thanks, makes for great reading, but my concern is that these fines and suspensions may be merely slaps on the wrist. How about they ban these guys from trading for life. That'd work I'll bet. Lifetime bans are quite common on Canadian exchanges for shareholders, owners, and insiders, that manipulate markets or use insider info. No idea what they do to traders/MM's that take liberties here, but don't think I have heard of lifetime bans for them. Regards, Jim
