ATTN: BOB ORTEGA, if you read this thread.
At the risk of getting myself in hot water with various people here, I'd like to make a suggestion.
I understand you've been a little pissed at some of the other newspaper articles being written about GE, and especially the one's about a couple of guys going to Bolivia, you know the "team of experts", that turned into an "investor bound for Bolivia to try to verify claim". Sheesh, I'm sure counting on Cam to verify 157MM ounces.
Still looking for one reporter to get all the facts straight, but starting to doubt that is possible.
So Bob, how about taking a shot at it soon. You've had months of due dilly. Maybe along with all the other rhetoric the rest like to print, take a little different slant in your phantom article and take a stab at explaining to the world the actions of the SEC, and possibly how the pink sheets work, and how the MM's make some $$, at the expense of us poor unsophisticated investors, who are supposedly being protected by the SEC. I just can't figure out how we have been protected, maybe you can help.
I have also been told, and I admit that it may not be true, that you have had access to information that very few people, us shareholders especially, have not been privy to. If you have info that no one on this thread has been able to dig up, I think that you owe it to us to fill us in. I think that you owe it to all those potential investors out there, and to this thread, to put all the rumours (sorry, rumors) that many of us keep hearing, to rest. Print the dang article, or print "No comment on GE" and put all the conjecture to rest.
Regards,
Jim |
