The 9.9% increase in Federal Contracting is a very good sign. If you recall back in Oct '96 EDS took a dive saying among other things that Federal cutbacks were significant. Looks like the Feds are spending again (probably as a result of the budget "surplus"). I hope EDS Federal is seeing a similar or better experience.
