The book is called "The Super Traders" by Alan Rubenfeld. A stupid title for a very good book. There are several chapters where each chapter is written by a professional about their job. The following professionals are covered in the book:

1. Options MM
2. Stock Exchange Specialist
3. Institutional Trader
4. Sales Trader (brokerage business)
5. Regional Floor Trader
6. Program Trader

Includes additional chapters on the topics of third markets, assessing market risk, and electronic trading.

This book is well worth reading for it provides important information not found in any other book that I have come across. Some of the material is very revealing and other parts are more topical. This book and the book "Traders: the Jobs, the Products, and the Markets" by David Weiss are the only two books that cover this subject area to any depth that I have found.
