I think before we blurt out numbers, we should be sure of them. Dan said he just talked to someone at LTGL, and stated thier are only 45 million in the float, not 94. If this is correct, then they have more than enough shares to supplement an aquisition. As we all know, purchases are made with long term debt, shares, and cash.

And as far as not being able to afford that lighting Co. because of a 5k debt, Has anyone thought that maybe the reason they didn't want it was because they had the debt? We should consider that maybe they thought that buying a Co. that couldn't pay a 5k debt wasn't worth it, or perhaps they weren't making as much money as they were first led to believe.
