Thanks for the link, It does raise one more question, if Realty Money Center is spinoff of realty mortgage, and the date was 3/98, then why does the news release even mention the $500 million gross by the other company, it would not be a part of the new spin off, which only would have a three-four month track record. Wonder what the new company financials are like this early on? I am not too-bad, I have only one identity, and I am not an insider (are you?)
