Patrick,

For the past 2 days there was alot of negativity in the market, but the helium was able to stage a comeback both times. Unless there is news to promote further negativity, feel that the next few days will be a more tamed struggle between the bulls and bears which may keep the market relatively flat or to the upside. We could even have one last significant pop to the upside producing a BULL TRAP.

Right now my short-term technicals are right on the oversold borderline. From that point it would take 2-3 average up & flat days to get to the overbought region or 1-2 nice up-days to get there.

We also have to keep in mind the END-OF-MONTH rally which could extend an upswing into early next week, but that will be it. Im still calling the ceiling at 9150-9200 for this specific short-term upswing if it gets moving upwards at all.

If I had to guess, the best chances for a pop to the upside would be tomorrow, especially if today remains flat.

Seeya
