Yes the accounting for coke enterprises is less than arms length, but so far the only thing to say is liquidity is winning out over reality. Liquidity cuts two ways, but so far it has been a one way street.

As to the bear, lots have gone broke in the last few years waiting. It may have started in the last few weeks. My cyrstal ball is a little fuzzy, but I think coke is a very poor investment at these levels, similar to 1972
