Rand, my vision of what we may do short term:

1. Satisfy current IPM debt, pennies on the dollar if necessary.

2. Lay off all unnecessary IPM employees, stop all technical programs.

3. Pay BLM fees to maintain current land holdings.

4. Come out of Chapter 11.

5. Trade on the OTC:BB.

6. Wait for a time when the "value" of BRX can be appreciated. (There is a lot that can be discussed about this issue, I think you already know.)

IPM would then become a desert dirt property holding company with a skeletal management much like what USPS is until new interest and technology proves appreciation.
