The press release said "IGC initially plans to offer regular Bingo and Full-Session Bingo on the Internet from its gaming business headquarters in Dominica, West Indies". I don't think that precludes IGC from having different divisions. I interpreted the statement literally to mean that the gaming business Hq is there. Who knows what else is involved. I could make a 100 statements relative to General Electric and their various subsidiaries. We still do not know if the two are interrelated or not?
