According to the Captain, whom I spoke with this morning, this has all already been priced into the stock and is the reason we have even held the 12's as well as we have. The Captain advised me that Microsoft has no intentions of actually contracting any of Cs' equipment...no contract means no revenue. The Captain said he got this from a very reliable source.
