I have also been asking about the shareholders meeting. It appears
no one went. :-(
I could only speculate that the drop in share price may be
related to folks trying to offset capital gains with the
losses from SW.
Otherwise, there hasn't been any news that I am aware of that
would result in the drop in value.

Sanctuary Woods to Expand Special Events and Create Other Media Properties

announced the appointment of Jody Snider as Vice President New Business Development. Ms. Snider will coordinate the
company's Special Events, such as the NFL Math Bowl, and help develop special events around other products in the Head

Ms. Snider joins Sanctuary Woods from Kid Company, Inc. where she was President and Executive Producer. Ms. Snider
has produced the Emmy-award nominated Kid Company Sportsworld, a live sports talk show on New England Cable News,
that targets nine- to 15-year-olds. In addition, Ms. Snider worked with the Children's Television Workshop to produce the
pilot, "Just Chill," a television special on violence and young people in America, and produced the George Foster Peabody
award-winning program Kid Company Radio, heard on WBZ radio. Prior to Kid Company, Inc., Ms. Snider was an account
executive with ABC affiliate, WCVB TV in Boston.
