Joseph, the MMs have been playing us like a fiddle. The whole small cap/NASDAQ system is a joke. What investor stands a chance? I would love to find out how many $$$ millions GKM, Alex Brown & friends have made manipulating the wireless cable sector. I am definitely holding my position and accumulating more in the 1.5 - 2 range.

Does anyone out there know how book value is computed?

I understand that, in general, the value of a cable company is valued either by its number of subscribers (multiplied by an amount ranging from $1500 to $2500, depending on the market area) or by some multiple of cash flow (x10). This valuation method also applies to wireless cable companies. In markets where CAWS holds full channel rights but no subscribers, the value would be based on the number of LOS households (HH) multiplied by a value ranging from $20 to $40. To estimate the actual value of CAWS, we would need to compute the following:

A) Number of actual subscribers x $2000 (assume midpoint)
B) Number of LOS HH * $30 (assume midpoint)
C) Assets
D) Liabilities

Value = A + B + C - D

Would anyone out there like to look up these numbers and come up with an estimated value?
