I spoke with Paul Henry Yesterday and asked him if he knows anything about the "former CCI dealers". His said TSIG is BUYING cci and NOT ACQUIRING the CCI ASSETS. I asked him if that means TSIG is going to be responsible for any liabilities CCI has and his answer was YES.
His answer contradicts what a lot of people on the thread have been saying. Also the press release says that TSIG is going to acquire the CCI assets. The web site www.compactconnections.com says cci is a TSIG company now.

Can anybody check with Rob Gordon or Paul Henry and see why there is a contradiction? May be i got it wrong but i would like to get it verified one more time.

Thanks

Sailaab
