Now that you have addressed the issue of a possible investor lawsuit, it would seem appropriate that you address the question which led to the discussion of said lawsuit. No more double speak please .... just honestly address why you released the April 1 press release claiming to have $50M in P.O.s when in fact you did not have them. Blaming it on Pinnacle and / or a definition / terminology problem has obviously not worked. I still have an open mind to any reasonable explanation, but I am perturbed that you would post on this thread regarding shareholder action without clarifying for us why you put us in this position to begin with. Lets not forget ... it was your press release not ours. emergencyops
