We have yet to find out whether you have a legal basis to sue even Darrell Piercy. We definitely don't think you have any legal ground to sue TSIG. Until we get all the dealers documentation, we don't know how many disgruntled dealers are there exactly. But probably between 8 (according to Gordon) and 15 (according to Mr. Rogu. George had mentioned to us that the district attorney has told him to forget about suing Darrell Piercy. We have the right to wonder why. Because what he allegedly did seem to be extremely blatant. I find it difficult to attribute that to just "his connections" in Irvine. So once again please don't bash the stock. I welcome your proof. And we know why you feel you need to do this, you said it youself: "if I can't get my money back plus a profit, I am going to cost them money." If you have such a strong case against DP, you probably don't need to resort to this long shot. respectfully....poisontaster
