on july 28 we witnessed the effect of employees who had been holding since the beginning taking some profits ... looks like more of the same today but it should even out soon - it always does

as for vrsn as a buyout candidate - yes, it would be an attractive acquisition for all the companies mentioned, however, a very good point was also made as to the importance of independence ... i think in the long run it is more beneficial for the stock to stay on their own - they seem to be doing a good job so far - no?
