(OTC Bulletin Board:MISM) MIS announced today that Dan Masters has stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer of MIS International, Inc. Wilfred Shaw, Chairman of MIS will be assuming the position of acting Chief Executive Officer until a replacement is found. Contrary to rumors, MIS Internatinal, Inc. is not bankrupt and is continuing on with its current lender in finalizing the funding of its $16.5 million loan.
