Linda, I have had an account with Web Street since December 97. At first, I had problems, but they have fixed them. I think there system is much better now, than it was when I first started. As long as they improve there system and take care of any problems I might have, then great. I also have accounts elsewhere, and I have had more problems with my other accounts than with Web Street. But, I can say that all of my providers are making big strides in getting better. Hell, look at Datek and Ameritrade, they have come a long way in a short time. All in all, I believe Web Street to be my most reliable account. I have had problems, but I have called customer service and had them solved quickly. I wish you better luck in the future, but remember this is a fast growing NEW industry, and it will only get better. Granny |
