This was the original inspiration for the strategy I'm using - but since Zweig no longer publishes the Performance Rating report, I used Zacks instead.

I'm not aware of how one would calculate the Zweig ratings. Forbes says the rating are still calculated by the Zweig organization and that they got them by special arrangement with the Zweig mutual fund that uses the ratings.
