Richard, their balance sheet looks solid. The only convertible debenture that I can find reference to is $100,000 to Sandy K. Mines from 1995, due 2002, no interest. The price drop is indeed unnerving. PAASF would be a much better stock to trade for short term rallies. Long term fundamentals are more bullish than ever for silver, so SSRIF should do well eventually. If they get their money out of the Russian venture they will be lucky, I suppose. I haven't heard anything further about the seized concentrate in Canada that is supposed to more or less cover their loss. For sure, SSRIF is a long term investment and belongs in the riskier % of your (vast) portfolio. John
