I kinda agree with Cliff, ... but for an unreasonably high price ... at unbelievably good terms ... with a guaranteed future to allow things to develop, I'm sure he'd at least listen. He did sell MFS to WCOM, but that was at a much later stage of development. Still, one really never knows what might come along. Steve
