Mr. Pink asks, "Who cares?" about press releases. Growth stock investors care. When a growth company is making a product or service transition, the investors want to be kept up to date on the development of the product and its reception by clients. It is obvious that Tava has met its product development targets, and it is enjoying accelerating receptivity among clients - obvious because Tava has been diligent in keeping investors informed. As for earnings, investors demand those when the transition stage is over. The company has either used its development capital wisely or unwisely, or somewhere in between. Such a company becomes predictable, and is then graded on its earnings. At Tava, earnings will come.
