Gary: As long as were in discussion over this, ah, say that extra 5,000,000 shares were not placed out in the world! Let's say it was used IMO only, to buy the NPEC 20% out of the deal to clean up the total numbers so that nothing would hold back a sale of any stuff. Now the new issue to NPEC could be in non, 144 shares and NPEC could from time to time sell it into the market as they wished to help build that company back. Well hell it's a idea and that's what this is about idea's as the boss told the workers to stay out of his way for 10 days.
