The 15c2-11 is required to be filled out by a market maker, not by MTEI. MTEI is required to provide the up to date financial info to the MM. The days of MTEI trading on hype and PR are over. By the way it was not the bashers who put out misleading information regarding "book value". The first stage is denial. Next comes anger (at the wrong people). Acceptance finally comes along with learning and understanding. I hope lurkers reading this learn a valuable lesson about "investing" in BB stocks.
