Jim,

Since you mentioned the interest rates, take a look at the chart on the TYX. It is very clear that we are in a slow but steady uptrend with a HIGHER LOW so far. Right now we are even with the last peak, so if we head higher just a tad that would create a HIGHER HIGH. Well a HIGHER HIGH + HIGHER LOWS = uptrend, at least for the short-term.
