I just spoke to an officer at Integrated Marketing. Several important points were made. First, the deal with AVIA was made because it offered two advantages for POKR: (1)assets were provided to help with the travel-related acquisition plan and (2)the stock value of AVIA at the time of the deal was $3.75, which was close to the $4 minimum required for NASDAQ Small Cap listing. Second, the Company understands the AVIA value has fallen because it is difficult to gather specific information about it, but this will be remedied in the near future with a release of its balance sheet. Third, the value for POKR will be at least $0.62 when the merger is confirmed, but the relative value will be higher if AVIA is less than $3.75 when the two companies coalesce. Fourth, it is not the style for Integrated Marketing to release press reports for Letters of Intent....rather, they prefer to make public knowledge when agreements have been struck. Having said this, I was informed that there are 2 acquisitions that will be publicized probably early next week. These deals have been made in the name of AVIA.

I envision significant movement in the AVIA/POKR axis shortly. What do you think of those apples, Chick?
