The only problem is that Glaser has seriously challenged Microsoft. I wonder if Microsoft would want to maintain any kind of relationship with RNWK in the future after Glaser's testimony. Also, I believe they will have the right to sell their stake in RNWK in the very near future. When they got the technology from RNWK, they got exactly what they wanted. They don't need RNWK now....IMO
