As of right now we do not know if franklin lake is a huge deposit or not. We do not know if south america will ever do better than break even. John Norton and Jeremy Ison are more than capable of taking care of operations at any new properties. I doubt we would use a private placement to finance any property that has proven reserves, debt financing of some kind would make more sense to me.
