The S3 said that the shares were available as of the effective date of the filing, which I could not find a specific reference to, but appeared to be yesterday:

<<Approximate date of commencement of proposed sale to the public: From time to time after the effective date of this Registration Statement.>>

So those shares should be available right now if the warrants are exercised.
