Jeff G, If this is true, then this is an incredible story to say the least. I am long TSIG 18,000 shares and I do think that the current venture has relatively little to do with the original (back in Calif) but I can see that there will be a certain amount of negative good will associated with us from what has apparently happened in the past..??? I hope that there will be some sort of legitimate restitution for you guys going forward..that may be what is needed to clear this up if indeed it has occured as you all say... still long, rob
