I spoke to-day with Nav and , after some preliminary bad-mouthing of previous management, he stated :
1..should be back up and trading within 30-60 days
2..filings up to date with VSE (evaluation done and submitted and should be results within 6-7 days)
3..need project to keep VSE happy so there will be a joint venture " tech deal " with private company that will be taken public.Financing arranged.
4..likely to be roll-back of shares
5..news release detailing appointment of 3 directors and j/v deal to be issued shortly.
Will follow up with VSE and see what can be dug up.Brgds
