Since CYGS depends solely on selling stock to finance its operations, I think it safe to say there's lots of paper out there, much of it probably unrestricted by now. Those holders aren't going to sit idly by and watch the share price erode and are probably dumping as we speak to maximize their gain. And why not? With no foreseeable revenue stream for CYGS, there will be plenty more business for them down the road. Have fun buying their (dilutive) shares.
