The magic of 1.22 I hope GTE didn't pay their advisors much to come up with the magic number of 1.22 shares BEL for each GTE. 1.22 times BEL's dividend of $1.54 equals GTE's dividend of $1.88. Dah. Now if they would of figured the sellout price based of the value of the company and not just on the dividend we would have received a higher price. Did everyone else receive a private email from the lawyers?
