John, you are mistaken when you write: "The valuation is now slightly more than the value of the company autumn 1997."

Perhaps you meant that the stock price of TAVA is only slightly more than the stock price in the autumn of 1997.

But the market valuation of TAVA has increased substantially. Did you forget about all of the dilution that has occurred in the last 9 months? There are almost 50% more shares of TAVA now.
