If trading resumes doesn't that imply that there was no fraudulent activities? Wouldn't that then bolster investor confidence in the long term outlook of the company? So why would it go sub 10 cents? Not necessarily. It depends on who was doing the Fraud. If none of the _current_ MTEI mgmt is found on fraud charges then they will resume trading.
