There has been quite substantial dilution, about 30-50% from memory though you would need to check the 10Qs.

IMO two significant reasons for the above are:

1. Nine months ago there was much more time before 1/1/2000 for TAVA to 'show the money' and get on a serious growth curve. Now the opportunity is slipping away and the money has yet to be shown.
2. There was a considerable expectation that the CD would go gangbusters and bring in very substantial earnings. That has not happened.

IOW, TAVA does not have the potential that it had then.
