Humbly report, Risky, with the exception of yesterday, the COGIF volume does not seem to be telegraphing a significant up move, and neither is the price, regardless of #reply-5349790 .

I do understand that Cognicase is a great company, making all the right moves into post-y2k, but am not sure its stock is about to reflect this fact.

But I am ready to jump on the train again, should it start to move.
