<< We will see a day when the public no longer condones lying. >>

Never happen. That is the first requirement for political office.

<< Sadly, I have to conclude that the biased media will spin a Clinton safety net for any reason, so that day is postponed for who knows how long. >>

This is a contradiction on your part. First you condemn lying, and then you condemn the media, who are the messengers that report the news as it happens, because they don't report "your" truth! What kind of lies do you think the media is spinning?

Remember, Clinton is innocent until proven guilty. Of course, you might not believe in that basic foundation our legal system.

<< I wonder if it was like this in Germany in the 30's when a popular leader could do no wrong >>

Remember, during Hitler's time, people were guilty before being proven innocent. Of course, most of the victims didn't get benefit of the legal system before they were murdered, and all of their property stolen.

Besides that, where is your sense of balance. You are taking a U.S. President, who has done a lot for the families of this country, but who has been "accused" of playing a little nookey, and comparing him against one of the worst mass murderers of all times.

The ones you should be scared of is the right wing religious fundamentalists, who's plans could destroy our great democracy!

Regards, Bob
