Hi AC! Welcome to the thread! I agree with you about the bright future of ATVI. It's unclear why ATVI cannot capitalize on their higher revenue base, improve margins, and earn more profit. Much of the problem stems from an unfavorable mix of lower margin distribution/publishing revenues...but Kotick has mentioned before that ATVI's margins will be as good as ERTS in the near future. How he plans to accomplish this, I don't know. Certainly, he hasn't been able to do too much yet with gross margins still in the high 30's , but it's still early in the season. Improving margins are a key to catching ATVI before it soars.... Not a reason to be negative on ATVI, though. Don't get scared by the recent slide in the stock. The whole sector is getting hammered. We'll be back soon enough. Too many market jitters for now, though. BTW, a new release: next-generation.com Tom
