On the other hand, we will know about OWNERSHIP of the land. THat is the most important thing because Tow's group has pledged $200M in assets for the 50M shares of restricted stock. As long as the ownership has transferred from Tow's company to MTEI, then I believe we will be ok. It appears that the land sold by Tow to MTEI was bought by him for back taxes. My understanding is that under some circumstances tax forfeited property can be reclaimed by its original owners.
