AMGV filed their 10ksb today - nothing terribly interesting but the shares outstanding are only up to 10.5mm (I thought it could be much much worse, it was my only real concern). The numbers are terrible as expected what with going to an all online format etc., but 1998 is the year we're all interested in anyway. Check it out
