Here at WWWC we've just had enough of this comic relief. You people have been so misinformed, that you have to look at agendas here. Why all this crazy, slanderous, libelous, etc. etc. etc. put up on the Internet? They were trying to create a panic stampede with the shareholders, well it didn't really work. It only scared a few folks.
Who are these people? You've got one guy back east who claims he's a doctor (he isn't). You have another woman who is a "spiritual tarot card, star charts (you name it) reader" (who's the charlatan here?) another guy on the west coast who works for a water company, that used to call the office five times a day, email our secretaries and just bother the hell out of everybody, doesn't he have anything else to do? PM actually lent him money so that he wouldn't have to file bankruptcy. PM convinced him not to because it would follow and haunt him for the rest of his life, we think he took his advise. (Does this make PM a bad guy for helping him out?). Then you have another who has continually been e-mailing obscene mail to PM and to the women at our company saying sick stuff that we can't even post on here. This guy put it in writing! WWWC engineers found out who he was. WWWC lawyers are going to eat him for lunch. Are these the kind of people that you want to trust?
The frenzy was created because Ed Sakamoto needed help funding his litigation against PM and WWWC. This guy did not honor his contractual obligations and knew if there was a class action lawsuit against the company, WWWC would never go public. All he did was try to extort money and stock for settlement. Zarian the attorney has taken this case on a partial contingency basis. What do you think his agenda is? It's to screw this up, damage PM's credibility, using scare tactics and ex-employees with their own agendas to try and get into the casino business. He is not an investor, he has none of his personal money at stake, so where do you think his "contingency fee" would come from - the investors! Is this where you want your money to go. He is not an impartial, third party individual. He has an agenda here to get stock in the company. Guess what, RangeStar (RS) who has also litigation pending against WWWC, our company, is using Zarian as their lawyer also. It is also our understanding that RS who never paid one dollar, never took our company out to dinner, complained about their air line tickets for flying down to meet with us, made a commitment that they would help fund this class action lawsuit. Now where is their agenda. Who is RS, it is our understanding that they don't even have assets of over $150,000. It is also our understanding that their main asset is a note for approximately $125,000 from their other company called Global Cogenics. Both companies are penny stock companies. RS is just a shell. Why do you guys listen to people who don't even have a stake in our company. Stay off this thread.
You people believe whatever you read on this thread as absolute gospel. Are you nuts? This is hurting our company now. Don't you think if PM did all these terrible things, the CPA firm that has been working on the books would have reported him to the SEC? What do you think a CPA firm is, Certified Public Accountants, there job is to protect the public from any unscrupulous activities. Well, PM is still in charge, he is still the visionary and he is still making this thing happen. We just want to ask you one big questions, who else do you want to run the company? Especially now with the threat of the Kyle Bill. Do you want Peter Demos to run the company? We remember when the indictments came down on the Sports Books, Demos ran around the office like Chicken Little "the FBI is coming, the FBI is coming"!!! Thinking we were all going to get arrested. PM brought him into his office, calmed him down and said this was only regarding the Sports Books, not Internet casinos. Shortly after that Demos resigned, not because he didn't believe in the company, but because he was scared. Do you want a coward running the company? He was also upset because he had to take a pay cut when things were getting tight and all money had to go towards marketing, development, etc. Here is a good question for you. You are in business for three years, you spend millions in research and development, you have as many as 75 full-time employees, you're buying computer equipment, remodeling a casino, promoting the company, creating regulations, looking at new jurisdictions, taking on the federal government to force their hands in regulating Internet gaming for WWWC, etc. etc. etc. How much money do you really think this costs? Now we're starting to make money!!!!!!!
PM has always demanded regulations, regulations, regulations. Do you think if we were public our off shore enterprises would be able to accept bets from the US? I don't think so!!! WWWC is going to be regulated in legal jurisdictions that will allow us to take bets from anywhere in the world. We are going to be using a credible gaming commission and their sovereignty to protect the rights of WWWC.
You people, you five, six scandalous cowards that hide behind your ID, are the people that should just stay off this site. There are hundreds of investors that still believe in WWWC and PM. You are scaring them with your innuendoes, half truths and unqualified claims of improprieties. Here is another big questions. How is PM getting licenses, when these government officials do complete background checks on the company, it's major shareholders and financials. We are just tired of this.
Our shareholders will all be receiving a complete up to date newsletter within a week including our "phantom CD" with it's new updates.
WARNING: Anyone that post another "unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive"... "abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous, improper or otherwise objectionable"... statement will be sued! We have an angel that has paid for a litigator who is the most litigious lawyer we have ever met.

We do not want to start suing our shareholders, but you're hurting our futures as employees and shareholders too. PM has always said "come in and see what is going on." You made the decision to not come in.
