I think what is most interesting is the advance by the Irish government of the 1.7 million. Clearly VLNC has met a certain milestone with the plant in Ireland allowing the money to be paid. I would imagine the government agency has pretty rigid requirements before they can write any checks. Also, note that the majority of the cash injection came from one investor. Which tells me they really did not have to a lot of shopping for the money. Just hit up you biggest investor for more money since he will know as much as management about VLNC's future prospects.
