Wallace, in my opinion you have just been given a golden opportunity to buy LUV. (1) The user fee proposal will not fly because it is anticompetitive and discriminatory against small carriers, see GAO report biz.yahoo.com (2) Jet fuel costs should be kept in check by Iraqi oil being added to the pipeline (3) Southwest's low fares make it attractive both for leisure as well as biz travellers (4) All the potential negatives are out with Herb's preannouncement. Now there's room for the positive surprises!
