Okay I know there a lot of questions surrounding existing accounts and I for one definitely do not know if they are going to keep Best Bank's account but if they do and supposedly even if they lose it it will be operational for at least six months...so with that in mind here are my estimates at third quarter earnings. These earnings are related to FICI's portion of CLCK's earnings.

In Westergaard's release he mentioned something about 800,000 accounts. From a redhot report dated last october they stated something like $2 per account per month...my calculations have it being somewhere close to $5.75 per account per quarter. That gives us revenues of $4.6 million. The Millinium deal should not be factored in this quarter but some of the other small deals should amount to about $200,000 so my estimate for total revenue is $4.8 million. Expenses rose last quarter but I think it was due to non-operational charges and I am willing to say that it was a one-time charge so my guess on expenses would be about $2.4 million. That means FICI will make pretax of $2.2 million or post tax of $1.5 million (or so). That is about $.11 per share.
Now this next part is pure speculation:
Now if we add Berwynn and Fiscrip in at a total of post-tax earnings of $1.5 million. and saying that it would take only 8 million shares to acquire them both. That puts us at about $3 million in earnings for 20 million or so shares or $.15 per share.

Including the -$.03 per share from last year's last quarter...we would have a combined $.20 per share. So that would give us a trailing PE of 22. If we manage to continue this growth rate for the fourth quarter: we would get earnings for '98 of about $.50 (not counting Mellinium)...that would give us a PE of about 9. These numbers are purely speculative since a lot of variables are out there (ie. Best Bank's deal, Berwynn, Fiscrip, Millinium) We should see...how it all pans out...but my guess for the the year would be about $.50 ...that is keeping Best Bank intact. If we lost Best Bank entirely then my number would be closer to $.20....which is still pretty good.

Just bored today

Greg
